Alert Error "Failed to execute HTTP request"

Hey All,

I'm trying to integrate Twilio as a SMS alerting tool into our alerting.  I've created an HTTP POST alert action.  When simulating the action I get this error:  "Failed to execute HTTP request".  I do see traffic through my firewall to the Internet.  I'm not sure how to proceed with troubleshooting this error?
